My current software works more or less. Why change?

I’ve been let down by a provider before. What will be different?
Two things. First, you see before you commit: you try a free demo, then we agree the scope and the price together. Second, the way we work is structured: a strict, step-by-step process and every request tracked in our CRM, our management software, to limit delays and budget overruns. We aim for a first version in under two weeks, depending on the scope of your project.
I’m not technical. What do I need to understand?
Nothing. Tell us what you want and send us the documents and applications you work with today. We take care of the rest.
What does the demo include? Are the features there?
The demo shows the interface of your future software, with fictional data. You see and browse the planned screens and features as if you were using it. It can’t yet be used in real working conditions, though. Once the quote is signed, we build the processes so the application is operational and ready for delivery.
Where is my data stored?
Most of your data is stored on dedicated hosting infrastructure in France, which meets current standards and your needs. A small part stays on our servers, to speed up development and improve your application’s efficiency. Backups are planned and errors are tracked so we can react quickly if there’s a problem.
My team won’t find their way around it. Do you support them?
Yes, and directly in the software: training videos and getting-started guides are provided to your team so they can refer to them at any time.
