Privacy policy.
This page explains what information N&BOTS collects when you request a demonstration or write to us, why, and how to exercise your rights (EU Regulation 2016/679, “GDPR”, and the French Data Protection Act).
Data controller
N&BOTS, a French simplified joint-stock company, 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France (SIREN 102 319 803). For any question about your data: support@nandbots.com. No data protection officer has been appointed.
Information collected
The demonstration form collects your name, work email, company name if provided, the tools you select, your message and any files you choose to attach. Do not send passwords or sensitive personal data: anonymised examples are enough. Your IP address is used only to secure the form. The site collects no other data for advertising or statistics.
Purposes and legal basis
This information is used to respond to your request, prepare your demonstration and discuss your project, on the basis of pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR article 6.1.b). We may also use it to follow up about your project, on the basis of our legitimate interest in prospecting businesses (article 6.1.f). Form security relies on the same legitimate interest.
How your information is processed
Your request arrives in the N&BOTS team’s mailbox (Gmail), then is imported and analysed in our customer relationship management (CRM) tool. We first analyse attached files with an artificial intelligence tool that runs on our own machines. Files later used to design your software with artificial intelligence tools are first cleaned of all personal or private data.
Recipients and service providers
Your information is intended for the N&BOTS team. Our technical providers are: Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email delivery, European Union region), Upstash (submission rate limiting, European Union region), Cloudflare Turnstile (protection against automated submissions) and Google (Gmail mailbox). We do not plan any transfer of your personal data outside the European Union. Some of these providers are US companies: any access from a third country is covered by their contractual commitments (standard contractual clauses or the Data Privacy Framework).
Retention
Your contact details and our exchanges are kept in our CRM during the business relationship, then for 3 years after the last contact. Attachments are kept for up to 90 days after the relationship with you ends (for example if you do not continue with a contract), then deleted. Your IP address is kept only for a few minutes to limit abusive submissions.
Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. You can ask at any time not to be contacted again: email support@nandbots.com and we will stop collecting and using your data for that purpose. We reply within one month. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07).
Cookies and trackers
The site uses no advertising cookies or audience measurement tools. The Cloudflare Turnstile anti-spam check, loaded with the demonstration form, may use technical data strictly necessary for the form’s security.
